Acentra Health is proudly partnered with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health
Benefits to administer the NCLIFTSS (Linking Individuals and Families to Support Services) program.
Acentra Health will help enhance quality through increased provider training and technical support, outreach to under-
served LTSS eligible beneficiaries, and coordination between LTSS and benefit plans.
